Darren Vilmin, State Contracts Manager – Darren has an extensive, 15+ year background in the staffing and recruiting industry, many with the Seville Staffing team. He provides workforce solutions for agencies throughout the 102 counties in Illinois. Darren is committed to providing quality personnel with prompt, professional and budget-friendly service.
Kenneth Allen, Assistant Manager – Ken applies his legal and government background in government relations and compliance. Following his service in the US Army, he used the GI Bill to attend law school. He was an in-house attorney and manager with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, then with a Fortune 500 company. His familiarity with highly regulated state and federal programs enables Seville to participate in teaming and RFP opportunities and add value to government and private clients.
